Conference. Please  try to have them reviewed as early as possible; we
must let the authors know the outcome by May 16, 1980.

I have enclosed a sample suggested form for review comments. I have assigned

There will certainly be more papers, arriving late. I will parcel them out
and forward them to you with the understanding that if you have time
to consider them, fine; if not, that is also fine.

As promised, I will be sending each of you abstracts of all the papers.
They will follow;
however, the pressure now is to get these papers in your hands.
